Tomasz Miśkiewicz (POL) was triumphant in the Friday Big Tour class at CAVALIADA Kraków.

There was no shortage of sport emotions during today’s Big Tour, for the prize of LOTTO and under the patronage of ŚwiatKoni.pl. The class, counting for the Longines Rankings, World Cup Central European League and CAVALIADA Tour, saw 32 horse-and-rider combinations on the starting list. The riders showed that they came prepared, as 15 of them advanced into the jump-off. There, victory belonged to Tomasz Miśkiewicz (POL) aboard Stakkato Lazar. That’s the second win of the pair during this CAVALIADA season, as they triumphed in the Big Tour at CAVALIADA Warsaw back in November.

“I thought that [Jarosław Skrzyczyński] will beat me, but it went my way! Stakkato Lazar is a very fast horse, she needs quite a fast pace, and she’s clever and agile. The most important thing on Sunday is to clear the first course, and it will definitely be harder in the Finale” – said the winner.

Jarosław Skrzyczyński (POL) with Inturido came extremely close to winning today – exactly one hundredth of a second behind. Estonia’s My Relander topped off the podium with Expert.

In the World Cup Central European League ranking, the new leader is Romanian Damian Cojocariu, who placed 10th today with Lancor. Jarosław Skrzyczyński is still in pole position in the CAVALIADA Tour ranking, and Miśkiewicz jumped up into second. All will be decided on Sunday, in the PKO Bank Polski Grand Prix.

The best combination of the IMMERGAS Dressage Tour class today was Sandra Sysojeva with Found Boy, thus securing her leading position in the ranking before Sunday’s finale. Second place went to Luiza Rutkowska with Furst Apachino, and third to Martyna Bańska aboard Monsoon P.

The Medium Tour, for the prize of Śliwocki Home, under the patronage of Home and Apartment Fair, ended with the victory of Lithuania’s Kristupas Petraitis with Baironas. Marek Lewicki (POL) followed in second with Itoulon B, and third went to Michał Tyszko (POL) with Marco Polo.

Roksana Frączkowska (POL) riding Venezia scored another victory in the Amateur Tour, for the prize of Krakowskie Zakłady Automatyki - Krakow Automation Works. Sandra Jarco (POL) finished second with Baby Jaga, and Katarzyna Łopatka (POL) with Romania – third.
