The International Equestrian Federation has accepted the schedule for the CAVALIADA show, which will take place at TAURON arena for the third time, on February 17-20,2022. The prize pool of the Kraków edition will reach almost PLN 550 000, and the jumping program includes three categories: CSI3*-W, CSI1* and CSIAm.

The highest-ranked CSI3*-W will be the final of the Central European League of the World Cup, as well as CAVALIADA Tour 2021/2022. The program includes special classes, which guarantee a lot of excitement alongside the classic ones.

All Big Tour Classes will count for the World Cup. The rivalry will begin on Thursday, with a speed class. Then the riders will face the 150 cm jump-off on Friday, and after a day of rest the best of them will battle it out in the 155cm Grand Prix, for the prize of PKO Bank Polski and under the patronage of the Mayor of Kraków.

The final CAVALIADA Tour ranking standings will be decided by the Friday and Sunday classes. On Friday, this will be the last- seventh – elimination (four best results from the seven classes count for the ranking), and on Sunday – the final, where points are doubled.

The two previously mentioned classes and Saturday’s Middle Tour Final (145 cm, jump-off) will count for the world rankings. The PLN 206 500 Grand Prix winner will gain 80 points, and the victors in the Friday’s Big Tour and Saturday’s Middle Tour final – 50 points.

The 3* program also includes special classes: Venus vs Mars (Thursday), Puissance (Friday) and Speed&Music (Saturday), for which the organizer has allocated PLN 73 000.

An addition to the sports schedule is the CSI1*, where the riders can compete at the Small Tour level (all classes at the height of 125 cm). After a great reception of the CSI Amateur-Owner’s in Poznań and Sopot, the organizers have decided to continue the rivalry for those riders. There, the athletes will jump at the height of 110-115 cm.

Please remember about the regular temperature checks for the horses that are to take part in the CSI and about the FEI HorseApp.
