Rüder reigns in Kraków

The final CAVALIADA Eventing Tour class, for the prize of Grupa MTP, under the patronage of the Mayor of Kraków, brought nine pairs to the start today. In the decisive showdown, the best riders of the season competed for valuable points earned over four stages in Warsaw, Poznań, Łódź, and Kraków. The track of the final competition was very demanding, but the riders proved they are well-prepared for the grand finale – spectators in Tauron Arena witnessed as many as seven clear rounds and two with only time penalties. In the second round, on the shortened course, the fight got even more fierce, as the point differences were minimal and it was all to play for. Germany’s Mathies Rüder on Hjoptimus proved to be the best, sealing his overall victory in the 2025/2026 series.

„It’s a pleasure to ride at CAVALIADA, all the shows are amazing, it’s a lot of fun to be here. The audiences are amazing and give us a lot of support. Thank you to the organizers – they have done a brilliant job with these events and I’m already looking forward to coming back.” – said the rider.

Second place in the competition – and in the overall Tour standings – went to Joanna Pawlak from KJ Pawlak Equestrian Wrocław, who rode the mare Fantastic Frieda today. The Top 3 of the final competition was completed by Daria Kobiernik on Ideal Girl, while Lithuania’s Aistis Vitkauskas stood on the lowest step of the CAVALIADA Eventing Tour podium.

In the Speec&Music class, for the prize of the Sports Infrastructure Management Board in Krakow, under the musical patronage of Radio ESKA2, the fastest one of all was Germany’s Marvin Jüngel aboard Claus CM. Second place went to Katerina Matuskova from the Czech Republic with Forest, and third to Gábor Szabó Jr from Hungary with Five Star Conference Z.
