We won’t give up the fight

Eight teams took part in stage V of the ORLEN Driving Tour, for the prize of ORLEN. The following teams advanced to the second round: the winner from Poznań - Rafał Paszyński, Aleksander Fularczyk, Weronika Kwiatek and the leader - Bartłomiej Kwiatek. Rafał Paszyński was the first to fight and with his great run he immediately set the bar very high. The rounds each got even better from that. Aleksander Fularczyk was the last to go. With the Sopot audience cheering him on, he navigated the course flawlessly and kept his nerves in check until the very end. Ultimately, he won by less than two seconds ahead of Bartłomiej Kwiatek.

- I had to keep my emotions in place. Even though I was very focused on the course, I could hear all the cheering and people shouting my name. It was a great feeling and I don't know what more I can add, I'm happy that we won. That's why we come to CAVALIADA – we set our minds on fighting hard until the very end and not letting go of what we have been working for so hard for so long - said the winner, Aleksander Fularczyk. Second place went to Bartłomiej Kwiatek and third to Weronika Kwiatek.

Liderem rankingu ORLEN Driving Tour pozostaje Bartłomiej Kwiatek. Na drugie miejsce awansował dzisiejszy zwycięzca – Aleksander Fularczyk, a trzecie miejsce zajmuje teraz Weronika Kwiatek.

We saw nine horse-and-rider combnations in the Six Bar competition for the prize of Grupa MTP, under the patronage of Polskie Radio. The best turned out to be Kristaps Neretnieks from Latvia, who was the only one to clear a height of 190 cm.

The CAVALIADA Future Relay, for the prize of PKO Bank Polski, under the patronage of the DEFENDER brand, ended with the win of the team of Angelos Touloupis (Greece) driving the DEFENDER, Kinga Biszkowiecka riding Biotop Bojtorian and Lena Janaszczyk with Pasjonata Amigo.

The organiser of CAVALIADA Sopot is Grupa MTP. The main sponsor is PKO Bank Polski, the strategic sponsors are ORLEN and LOTTO, the host city is Sopot, and the partners are the Pomeranian Voivodeship and Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk.
