First win for Paszyński

The driving class delivered an amazing sporting spectacle and quite a few surprises. The favourites - Aleksander Fularczyk and Bartłomiej Kwiatek - did not qualify for the second round. Thus, the fight for victory among their rivals was full of risk and eagerness. The best one was Rafał Paszyński, who got his CAVALIADA ticket during the qualification in Baborówko and this is his first ever victory at this event.

- My dream was to get to the second round – and I had a very nice surprise today. I didn't expect this to end in victory for me. The fact that I qualified for CAVALIADA is largely thanks to my wife, who asked me to do it. I did it for her, it just worked out and I am very happy. I'm an amateur by day, I don't ride professionally, driving is my hobby. I still can't believe that I managed to win against experienced riders. I will try to approach the next competition "with a calm head", I will ride my own plan - what I have planned for tomorrow. I don't set myself up and don't think about a possible win," said Rafał Paszyński.

After stage 3 of the ORLEN Driving Tour, Weronika Kwiatek remains in the lead. Second place is held by Bartłomiej Kwiatek, and Aleksander Fularczyk sits in third ex aequo with today's winner, Rafał Paszyński.

The Six Bars competition, for the prize of Grupa MTP, under the patronage of Polskie Radio, ended with a shared win for Adam Nicpoń riding Counter and Kristaps Neretnieks from Latvia with Corlansky-Pro, clearing a 190 cm obstacle. Third place went to Bronislav Chudyba with Jojo Jk Sr.

The CAVALIADA Future relay, for the prize of PKO Bank Polski, under the patronage of DEFENDER, was lucky for the team of: Maja Głoskowska, Anna Romanowska and Bartłomiej Kwiatek.
