“The course featured high verticals and wide oxers – as is expected in a competition counting for the world ranking as well as for the FEI World Cup Central European League. The track was very condensed, with 15 efforts over a distance of only 400 meters. Faults appeared practically everywhere, but as expected, most occurred in the combinations. First in the double combination, approached from a four-stride line, and then the triple combination set as the penultimate obstacle – with one stride between elements A, B, and C – posed a major challenge.” – commented Szymon Tarant, sports director of Perlage CAVALIADA Tour.
Ultimately, five out of 55 competing pairs answered the questions asked by the course designer, Andrea Colombo from Italy, with clear rounds. In the final jump-off, victory belonged to the rider from Great Britain – 25-year-old Jodie Hall McAteer on the stunning 10-year-old stallion Key West.

„I’m over the moon. My horse jumped unbelievable, and it’s a great feeling to win here today.” – said the winner – „There was a lot of fast riders in the jump-off, the first one was also quick. Key West is naturally very careful, so I can just keep riding forwards – he’s just amazing. (…) I’ve had a great weekend, it’s my first time here, the show is amazing and the atmosphere is really special.”
Second place today went to the representative of Ukraine – Oleksandr Prodan on Moneymaker van’t Meulenhof. Completing the top three was Dutchman Hessel Hoekstra with Comthago VDL. The next two places were taken by Polish riders, who also produced “double clears”: Przemysław Konopacki on Pure Pasion From Second Life Z and Michał Ziębicki on Balou’s Batman.
