Medium Tour Final for Lithuanian champion

48 horse-and-rider combinations took part in the Longines Ranking Medium Tour Final, for the prize of Kwiaty Polskie, under the patronage of Baborówko Equestrian Association. The course proved difficult, and only 6 athletes managed to go clear. Matas Petraitis, the Lithuanian Champion, was victorious today aboard Cornet’s Cloud. It was Matas’ second ranking win in his career, and a first one for the 8-year-old horse, bred in Ukraine.

“The course was tough and technical. In the jump-off, I most feared Kamil [Grzelczyk] with Wibaro, because I know that they are really fast. So, I’m very happy I beat them! Cornet’s Cloud is a great horse – fast, scopey and careful. I hope that he is one for the future.” – said the winner.

And so Kamil Grzelczyk (POL) had to settle for second with Wibaro, and third place went to Irishman Matt Garrigan aboard Holland V.D. Valckenborg.

In the Small Tour Final, for the prize of Prestige Italia, under the patronage of Horse & Business Magazine, the winner was Jarosław Skrzyczyński (POL) with Karanza van de Boomgaardschuur. Second place went to Lithuania’s Kristupas Petraitis with Baironas, and third to Michał Tyszko with Marco Polo.

The best horse of CAVALIADA Youngster Tour Final, for the prize of John Deere, was OK Lazar, ridden by Jacek Zagor (POL), followed by Sławomir Uchwat (POL) with Loreley Express J.P.P. and Jarosław Skrzyczyński (POL) with Loulou MPSZ.

The CSI1* Big Tour Final, for the prize of Poznań Game Arena, ended with the victory of Daria Kobiernik (POL) with Colette. Zuzanna Grygier (POL) with Emica took second, and Małgorzata Koszucka (POL) with Choco Lady – third.
