Only in Świnoujście – two-horse carriage driving on the beach

CAVALIADA Summer, the world's second equestrian competition organised on the beach, will take place in just over two months. The program includes international competitions in show jumping, shows, as well as the CAVALIADA Future competition for children on ponies with a relay race well known to the public. In addition, on the beach in Świnoujście you will be able to admire 8 pairs of teams that will take part in three competitions. The most spectacular of them, the parallel competition, will take place on Saturday. To take part in CAVALIADA Summer, competitors must qualify, which will be possible on 21 May during the Baborówko Equestrian Festival.

- The definitely fast and technically perfect runs of the basic competitions (Friday and Sunday) and the parallel competition on Saturday will warm up the seaside audience, just like it was during the 2016 CAVALIADA in Kołobrzeg. This is the only opportunity to see two-horse teams on the beach – says Bartłomiej Kwiatek, a representative of Poland in driving.

8 competitors will start in CAVALIADA SUMMER DRIVING (two-horse teams)

The competition is open to:

1. Four best competitors from the qualifying competition – Baborówko Equestrian Festival, 21.05.2023.
2. Polish Champion in Two-Horse Carriage Driving 2022
3. Three competitors with the organiser's wild card

All competitors who want to take part in CAVALIADA SUMMER DRIVING must register within the time limit indicated in the competition proposals. If the participation in CAVALIADA SUMMER DRIVING is not confirmed by the competitors who have obtained the right to start in accordance with point 1. and 2., competitors from the next places in the classification of the Polish Championships in Two-Horse Carriage Driving 2022 will be admitted, but only those who have submitted an application. If the places are not used, the Organiser has the right to award further wild cards.
